1 package of SAZON DEL RANCHO® pork al pastor
½ white onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
150 grams of Oaxaca cheese
Vegetable oil
Corn or flour tortillas.

Preparation:
- Cut the peppers and onion into small cubes.
- In a frying pan add a little vegetable oil and sauté the peppers and onion.
- Add the package of SAZON DEL RANCHO pork and season with salt to taste.
- Cover the mixture with Oaxaca cheese and cover it until it melts completely.
- Heat the tortillas in a comal or skillet and enjoy.
