1 package of SAZON DEL RANCHO® pork al pastor

½ white onion

1 red bell pepper

1 green bell pepper

1 yellow bell pepper

150 grams of Oaxaca cheese

Vegetable oil

Corn or flour tortillas.

Preparation:

  • Cut the peppers and onion into small cubes.
  • In a frying pan add a little vegetable oil and sauté the peppers and onion.
  • Add the package of SAZON DEL RANCHO pork and season with salt to taste.
  • Cover the mixture with Oaxaca cheese and cover it until it melts completely.
  • Heat the tortillas in a comal or skillet and enjoy.
