INGREDIENTS:

1 package of SAZON DEL RANCHO® pork al pastor

4 corn tortillas

Finely chopped onion

Chopped cilantro

Pineapple in small pieces

Sauce of your choice (salsa verde, salsa roja, avocado salsa, etc.)

Preparation:

  • In a skillet with vegetable oil over low heat add the pork al pastor for 4-5 minutes and keep once hot.
  • Heat the corn tortillas. Heat the corn tortillas in a comal or hot skillet.
  • To assemble the tacos, place pork al pastor on a warm tortilla, add onion, cilantro and pineapple to taste, and serve with the sauce of your choice.
