Description
In this process the flour is refined to extract most of the corn pericarp from which this flour is obtained, which is the whitest and has the best appearance. This flour may contain additives such as preservatives (benzoic acid and fumaric acid) and texturizers (eme), it is also added with a pre-mix of vitamins and minerals (niacin, iron, zinc, tia mina, riboflavin and phallic acid).
